Clonakilty Single Batch Double Oak Finish is the flagship of Clonakilty’s Cask Finish Series.
A premium product matured in ex-bourbon casks, it is finished in virgin American oak; and shaved, toasted and re-charred ex-red wine European oak casks. This is the first Irish whisky to be matured in ex-red wine European oak casks.
Aromas of cocoa and rich fruits lead to flavours of dark chocolate, red berries and liquorice, with a long finish of oak spices and smooth dark chocolate.
