Ébano Ribera Del Duero

 

The EBANO 6 tempranillo is sourced from carefully tended vineyards with trellised vines. Once harvested, the grapes are sorted on a selection table before being destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks for maceration and alcoholic fermentation. This process is closely monitored at a temperature of 27-28ºC for approximately ten days. After this, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being aged for four months in French oak barrels. Once bottled, the wine is aged for a minimum of two months before distribution. Upon tasting, the wine exhibits a deep, intense color with a youthful purple rim. The nose is full of ripe fruit, with prominent notes of blackberries, black plums, and strawberries, as well as hints of minerals and fresh vegetables. This wine has a great structure, and its warm, complex nature is balanced with a delicate volume and a powerful retronasal.
